Services
DaDi Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates. Final pricing may change depending on the actual condition and scope of work.
Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed only after approval by our team. We may decline any booking.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit or debit cards, and Zelle. Late payments may result in additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice may result in a 50 percent fee
Same day cancellation or no show results in full charge
Access to Property
The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
Client Responsibilities
Secure pets before service
Remove fragile or valuable items
Provide electricity and water if needed
Damages and Liability
We are insured and take care during service
We are not responsible for pre existing damage
We are not liable for fragile items not disclosed
Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We will return once to fix the issue at no extra charge.
Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
